Extra notes: We are a startup preparing to interrupt the way people learn new stuff.
We aim to show people that non-stop learning is the secret of leading a joyful life...
Perhaps the secret lies into that unique feeling you have when you learn how to do something new, that special feeling at the exact moment you actually accomplish something you always wanted to do.

Basically we are preparing a state of the art platform which will combine the best of two worlds: the online world (making use of latest tools and methodologies) with the offline world (...cause some things you just can't lean online)

So.. we are looking for that unique creative person who will join us in this journey and help us put our idea into words.
We plan to launch in June and this person will eventually be asked to also help us with the following:
- homepage texts
- 4-5 newsletters (signup/notifications etc.)
- Copy used in notifications (new lesson request / new message etc.)
- texts throughout the platform
- Press releases etc.

... but all this is for later.

For now we are looking for someone to write a short story which will be our manifesto. A story which will be an ode to that feeling doing something new, a manifesto that builds on the sayings of Philosophers such as Socrates (“Education is the kindling of a flame, not the filling of a vessel.” ) but in a modern fresh witty and casual way. The tone of voice should be casual and modern... let's say as if it was coming from a "Standup Philosopher" very popular on youtube...
If you can make us smile/laugh get goosebumps and inspire us... then you are the one.
Our startup's is Didas.co (Didasco means to teach in Greek) - www.didas.co and we're trying to wake up the teacher(philosopher) hiding inside every one of us.
