Re-typing a 138 page PDF as a Word document.

I have a 138 page scanned PDF that needs to be retyped as a Word document. OCR scanning works for the most part but will require work to get rid of weird characters (from OCR). Certain pages contain math equations, etc that need to be typed and formatted. There are drawings, graphs, etc that I can add after the typing is completed. When a drawing is encountered I ask for a Line Break and the text "[image]" is inserted - so I know where graphics need to be inserted. I've attached a few sample pages for your reference.
