for a good work to be delivered, one must be dry honest about what he needs and at what cost. at one time you agreed to pay 30$ per article for 30 high quality article. as 20% work completes you can't go backward and say sorry my budget does not allow. at that stage this statement doesn't make any sense. its completely time and labor lost. thanks to pph team that there was 30$ dollar in Escrow. as a true freelancer i sent the document on the time decided because he was showing he had done mistake and new to this site..................
