Description
Information for the blog/website: We sell self catering holiday studio accommodation on the Greek island of Kefalonia
Industry: Lifestyle/Travel
Description of every page: The landing page should encourage guests to instantly book their holiday with us
Tone: Enthusiastic
Outline & Structure: We live in a world where you have to grab the readers attention in 30 secs and persuade them to act the way you want them to in that time.
In our case we sell self catering holiday studio accommodation on the Greek Island of Kefalonia. It is an intensely competitive market place where Booking.com, AirBnB, Travel Republic are major players. They offer apps which allow studio owners to change prices at will and potential guests are very aware of the huge range of choice they have and that it is a 'buyers market'. Hence one of the major filters used by guests is that of price which is quite often the sole criteria for choice.
In our price we offer more than just the bare accommodation that others are offering and we need the potential guest to recognise this in that first 30 seconds and act upon it by making a booking so they don't wander off looking at other studio options.
Our studios appear as an entry on the Owners Direct website. OD now recognise they are a booking website just like the others. Thus they offer an Instant Booking facility which they claim to be very successful in getting guests to commit immediately.
So we need a landing page which will get guests to do just that - immediately commit through Instant Booking - by seeing ours as a value for money offering.
We also have a Facebook page from which we are hoping to drive traffic to our website.
We await your thoughts and, if we are convinced, will give you our web address so you can translate your thoughts into a price for your work. We should just add that virtually all our guests are from the UK so a knowledge of that market place is essential.

Really interesting job,
How early do you need this completed?
Would you like to see some of my recent work that I've done for my other reputed clients?Graham M.01 Oct 2017Good evening
Thanks for your prompt response.
I owe you an apology in that I am realising I should not have used the phrase 'landing page'. That seems to be a technical term whereas what I am after is some call to action copy on the page which guests see first.
I am not even sure if you have seen the full brief I wrote but here is the listing I am referring to. Have a look and see whether you can help me. www.marinastudioskefalonia.gr

What word count would you like us to base our pricing on?
