Engaging Press Release Writer

I'm currently looking for a writer that can produce well written/interesting articles capable of being picked up by big publications. I understand there's no guarantee with this but we have a number of clients in very boring niches for lack of a better word (seo, finance, crypto etc) and need a writer that can come up with creative angles on trending topics to help the chances of landing publications. Please let me know if this is something you could do and how much you would charge per 500-700 word article.
