Description of every page: This ad is for first article (homepage) only. If I am happy with it, the same person will be hired to write 5 – 7 other articles for the website in next few days and articles for SEO in next few weeks (don’t know how many yet, but I guess about 10).

Homepage: 500+ words article & up to 156 characters description (for meta description tag – description that shows up under a link in Google). Description needs to end in Call To Action like “Give us a call at 555-555-555!”.

I prepared about 200 words "article" mostly by coping and pasting sentences from other websites (attached). It’s kind of base content consisting of headline, bullet points with most important info (to be placed above the fold) and few descriptive paragraphs with call to action/s. It needs to be rewritten differently to be unique and some stuff will need to be added to make it 500+ words. It will be on company website thus it has to be written in clean, proper English, representative (I’m not a native myself, person bidding here should be).
The main purpose of this article is to encourage potential prospect in need of these services (who just found website on Google) to call.

- About us – 400+ words article, up to 200 words summary to be placed in business directories & up to 156 characters description ending in Call To Action .
- Contact – about 100 words paragraph & description as above.
- 1. Drain services, 2. Emergency plumbing, 3. Boiler services, 4. Heating + maybe 1 or 2 others – 400+ words article, description as above & up to 15 words teaser that will be put on homepage.


“Model” content for homepage is attached. For other pages I plan to find ‘similar to expected’ article on other websites and ask you to write something along those lines, with maybe few more specific indicators.

All articles will need to be optimized with nTopic. I will give you access to nTopic account for that purpose. It’s simple process, that shouldn’t take more than few minutes for any article. nTopic just rates article and gives you words that you need to include to improve rating. Easy & quick, really. You’ll see for yourself after writing first article.

Articles need to be unique. I haven’t researched tools for verifying that yet, but will do it before giving you next articles to write. Suggestions are welcome.
