Video Youtube Advert required

My company is Lumiwear, it's a children's clothing brand that creates coats with integrated lights to help keep kids visible and safe.

I need a professional looking version of the DIY video I created on www.lumiwear.co.uk (the video banner at the top of the homepage). As you can see it's pretty poor. I need the video to be in the 16:9 aspect ratio, to fit on the homepage, but all of my video collections are in 9:16 ratio as they have been recorded on peoples phones.

What I would like is a video that looks professionally made, that is similar to a photo collage / slideshow but with video clips instead. And with some basic branding messaging on each of the scenes.

This is probably a very simple job, but I am a very amateur video editor.

I have lots of stock video clips and photos, and if you think you can help, I have a rough idea of what I would like, I just need help to make it look high quality and with a consistent theme.
