Video after effects (specifically text tracking)

We are looking for someone to add some text tracking and other effects to a set of 10 completed videos. We would need roughly 30 seconds per video of subtle looking text tracking to enhance the viewer experience.

Ideally we would like some creative input but we can also be specific on what we need.

If you happen to do video infographics - that would be a bonus.
