Short event marketing video to be done

Would like to make a really cool 60 second video made up of taking few second clips from several videos of speaking on stage . In between these speaking clips we need to insert EVENT banners and info and then add some background music . The full brief will be given all the video person has to do is follow the instructions . I am not looking to spend crazy money but would need this in 72 hours. We are promoting an Entrepreneur seminar
