I have a short video with some people speaking Portuguese. I need to know if the edit points where they begin and finish talking matches what is printed in the captions. If not I need to know what word it does start or end on so I can adjust the edit.

We've got to be able to convey a message to our people. A message that they can understand and…have a transparency…. The communication is the key for people to understand the moment that the company's going through now,
Being transparent with the drivers, with my team,… telling them about our everyday situation, be it financial…the problems of the company, telling them in a way that they can understand what their place is and what they can do, what they can bring to the table.
We encourage our people to bring opportunities to the table to reduce costs, and we want to make sure that every opportunity is validated and the owner of the idea will get all the credit through the process of validation.
Whenever Daniel makes decisions for his group, it's a group decision…. and you are part of the decisions taken within the company. And that to me is inspiring, and I think it’s inspiring for my entire team.”
Daniel encourages us to be creative, to not be afraid of making mistakes,
He's a manager that's side by side with us in the operation participating, motivating us so that we are successful.

I think a good manager does lots of listening, and also gives the opportunity for the people to speak and have their opinion….
Transparency, honesty, and integrity in everything we do. If we have to face difficult times, we're going to face that, but we're going to have a resolve with transparency, open door policies with our leaders to resolve any situation.
