Zapier / Google sheet / Open API expert

i have got a API from my CRM provider,

i also have the website for the CRM provider with all developer ref's on it.

i need someone to take the API, and i want to set up a Zap in Zapier to run the following processes.

midnight each night, to scrape all the contacts from my CRM, and put them into a google sheet, i want it to be updated at midnight each night with just NEW people, so the google sheet is forever growing (but not deleting anyone).

I then want them to be put into the google sheet with a tag, related to their position or sitation. so i have one point with all contacts.

ideally i would like them split on different pages, so one page for clients, one for sales applicants, one for landlords and one for lettings applicants.

the aim is to be able to use this spreadsheet to export other processes for marketing.

the code needs to be able to be implimented into my own google sheet, with the API, so i can own and passport protect the sheet so nobody can access it.
