Wordpress, PHP, CSS Website optimisation expert needed

I have a number of projects ongoing I need professional assistance with primarily with existing Wordpress websites.

These primarily consist of;
Wordpress page speed/ Google Page insight optimization (both Server side CSS/Code minimisation and off page caching)
Occasional Custom coding of wordpress themes/pages
Fixing hacked & damaged wordpress sites/themes/plugins
Updating old wordpress theme/websites to modern PHP
Hardening wordpress sites to be more secure against intrusion.

In order to be considered for this role you need to have "I love code" on the top of your application.

You must have a microphone and be willing to speak with me verbally about tasks occasionally (very rarely)

Additionally we will usually be working closely together and thus I expect regular feedback about your progress usually via instant message of some form so we can stay on the right track.

We may also be often working on multiple projects at the same time.

Knowledge of good onpage SEO design and practices plus clean quick code is a plus.

Occasionally I may require a NDA agreement if my clients and I require it to protect their privacy.

Ideally I would also prefer you are an individual so I can work with the same person every time rather than a larger organisation and thus build a relationship we can improve on moving forward.
