Website redesign - .net asp developer

I need a website Redesign

w2go.co.uk is the current website

So currently the site is built in asp.net

Its features are

rep deals : This enables

group deals
normal deal
Free deals
buy 1 get 1 free deals

The back end allows for a control management system for us

It also has a backend for the business and consumer

The business back end allows for companies to create there profile upload deals and offers as well as photos location and reviews

The consumer back end allows them to create their own profile add friends see where friends are and become a rep for companies

The site also has an ecommerce aspect and with Pay-pal allows for micro disbursements.

Finally the design would need to look exactly like this
