Web Platform, Social network of service providers, and clients, with a review system.

The platform had the same functionalities as www.redbeacon.com. A social network with clients and service providers, with a review system, a dashboard where they can solve problems, and a simple but intuitive design.
I also want that platform operate in facebook, with a little interface and in third place a widget that could be integrated in blogs and webs, so people could hire services from there. Php, Mysql, html and CSS senior skills is a must please.
