Yoga with Batul. I am there to support your health and healing with hatha yoga. As per our commitment to your health and vitality I offer 75 minute yoga lessons in Amersham to small groups (upto 6 places) and personalised lessons to individuals. I use integrated techniques of Hatha yoga and Yin Yoga. Classes for pregnancy, meditation and breathing can be arranged for on request.

Monday 10:00 am Hatha Yoga
Tuesday 10:00 am Yin Yoga
Wednesday 10 am Hip and Shoulder opening
Thursday 10 am Chakra Balancing

1:1 classes available on request for those with special needs

Fees: Donate if you like for group yoga lessons - donation will be used for improving facilities for yoga and supporting the education of orphan children in India and South Africa.

The fee for individual sessions of 60 minute duration is £15/- per lesson
