Upgrade web and install new them

Open cart developer needed. I need help upgrading my web from Open cart 3.0.3.2 to a newer version which will work with PHP 8.0 or above as my host is stopping support for PHP 7.3. Currently running default theme - I also want someone to install Journal theme and make sure all content and current extensions are working. And delete some files no longer needed - shipping custom quote and version of store in different city location. Upload and install 4 new extensions I want to add to the site.
