We are looking for a freelancer to update our websites to work with PHP 8.x. The project includes updating the PHP version, modifying existing code, possibly obtaining updated templates and testing the websites to ensure they function correctly.

    Hi
    How many websites need updating? Do you know what version of PHP they are currently running under?
    If you have any WordPress sites it is impossible to estimate the timeline without checking them first. It could be a five minute job if they are running up to date themes and latest version of WP, or a much longer job if they are old sites with themes that are no longer supported. If you can send more details I can give you an idea of cost.
