Trading Robot Marketplace with Client Dashboard

I'm building a subscription-based platform to sell automated trading robots (Expert Advisors for MetaTrader 5) to clients, organized in different tiers based on account size ($50K / $100K / $200K).

Core features needed:

1. Monthly subscription billing, with two payment methods: cryptocurrency (via NOWPayments) and credit/debit card (via Lemon Squeezy or similar).

2. A client dashboard/member area where, after subscribing, clients can download their EA file (matched to the tier they purchased).

3. Automated emails (welcome, payment confirmation, renewal reminders, etc.)

4. Multiple product tiers/offers displayed clearly, each with its own pricing and details.

5. THE MOST IMPORTANT FEATURE: once a client downloads and installs the EA on their own PC/VPS, their MT5 trade history needs to automatically sync and display on their dashboard on our platform when refreshed — so both the client and I (as admin) can see real-time trade history and account performance across all client accounts from one place.

6. The platform needs to exist in both French and English versions.

7. I'm also looking for strong marketing/design sensibility — the sales pages for each robot tier need to look professional, compelling, and trustworthy (this is a financial product, trust matters a lot).

Before we discuss budget and timeline, I need to understand your technical approach:

- What platform/tech stack would you use to build this? (Note: Systeme.io is NOT sufficient here — it's a sales funnel tool, not a full platform with custom dashboards and MT5 data integration, so please propose a real solution: custom web app, specific SaaS platform, etc.)
- How would you technically pull MT5 trade history and sync it to a web dashboard? (e.g., via an API, a bridge script, MetaApi, or another method)
- Do you have experience building subscription/membership platforms with payment integration?
- Can you show examples of previous platforms you've built, ideally with a client dashboard similar to what's described here?
- Estimated cost and timeline for the full platform (bilingual FR/EN, payment integration, client dashboard with live MT5 sync, admin view)?

Looking for someone who can own this project end-to-end, with strong technical skills and a good eye for design/marketing.
