Senior Software Engineer for Technical Interviews

We are looking for a senior software engineer with strong communication skills to support technical interviews and candidate evaluations.

Requirements
* 5+ years of software development experience
* C1–C2 level English communication skills
* Experience conducting technical interviews or candidate assessments
* Strong analytical and communication abilities
* Comfortable discussing software architecture, engineering practices, and technical problem-solving

Preferred
* Native Spanish speaker (bonus, not required)
* Experience mentoring or leading engineering teams
