Secure UI needed for sensitive client data submission to site

Hi PPH,

IM looking to connect with someone who can help me develop an online application for my company site. I run a small financial services site, and want to try and create a secure way for clients to go through my application forms online, through my site, without me needing to hold their hand.

Ideally this would be something that has some yes/no logic built in, nothing too exotic. But I do collect certain sensitive data, so it would have to be a secure ecosystem. Hoping as well to be able to connect the form to my CRM, engagebay, which has its own webforms, but Im hoping to have someone who can create a nice interface where clients would input their info, sign the 'forms' and pay all in one place. Im open to using something like formstack, jotform etc, which may provide a better user experience, but thats what im going for. Something slightly elevated from a simple webform (see the rest of the site). Someone knowledgable about these different technologies is ideal because half of this is making sure I can connect the 'application' to the crm etc.

That's the vision. Anyone who can help create that for me would be great.
