Description of every page/module: I have designed a page and need it to be coded up in a really high-quality and specific way: it needs to be perfect on all devices. I can provide you with screenshots and PSDs of the desktop, tablet and mobile layouts.
We would prefer this to be coded in bootstrap.
It's really important that you are a real responsive coding expert; please send me examples so I can check them out!
Once I've seen your examples I'll send you the JPGs so you can check that you're happy with it and so you can provide a more accurate quote.
