PSD to Responsive HTML (bootstrap)

I have a .PSD design that I need converted into responsive (bootstrap) HTML. 1 (Main) through 7 (Bottom) are a single scrolling screen. and 3 separate pages with 1 blog page. Each screen should fill the user’s viewport, and the down arrow at the bottom of each screen takes the user 1 “screen” down to the next screen.

I am busy at the moment with different projects so I need someone to complete it for me within 1 or maximum 2 days.

My budget is fixed, If you can't do within the budget please don't send proposal.
