PSD design to be made into eBay Shop/store

General information for the website: Ebay Shop currently has no custom design, I will provide the PSD of the new design.
Description of requirements/features: We have an Ebay Shop/Store that does not have any customisation on the design. We have a PSD document with our design, I need this converting into the relevant HTML for Ebay, and then I will provide our Ebay credentials for you to apply the design to Ebay. I have attached a JPG of the design (with some of our logos etc blanked out). Please take a look and let me know if you will be able to do it, any issues you might have with the design, and the timescale for completion.

The design should be used for our shops homepage, but we should also have a similar layout/design applied to the product listings.

I will need you to supply me with the URLs for previous ebay store customisations you've done.
