Dubai, AEFirst I will give them A for effort….I tried to fire them more than once but they kept trying. Also the design they finally got after much back and forth. However, they simply do not have the skills. I have to be honest. I am a teacher and was patient but NOBODY will ever accept what I did on this job and still pay in full. I had to hop on the phone and have daily Skype calls and give them daily play by play direction on the work. It was delivered past the deadline. They did not know how to set up a simple blog and now sadly I have to go hire someone else to actually get the website functional since it is slow with obvious flaws and bugs. My advise to them is they need to get more competent developers and to be frank it should have been a red flag to me they had no reviews for the last 6 months. However they did send me their Pharrell 24 hours of Happy website as their portfolio which is the ONLY reason i gave them the benefit of the doubt and hired them. I will never know the truth of that.

Hello Sally,
Thank you for taking the time share your valuable feedback. I do agree that the project went longer than you and I had anticipated. However, please take note that FUNCTIONALITY FOR EACH AND EVERY MODULE WAS DELIVERED BEFORE TIME. It was the UI - for which we had given you close to 5 revisions each during the tenure of the project that prolonged the project.
Practically speaking this project should have been billed hourly given the number of graphical revisions you required. And my team kept delivering every single one of them one after the other despite the fact we were losing man hours on endless revisions.
I had revised and reduced my initial quotation based on your request and your assurance that there will be no addition or revisions to scope - that was a mistake.
I have suffered considerable losses during this project only to complete what I started - that is how I do business - without complaining.
I wish you well and all the success you deserve.
Regards,
MIPL
