Professional Website Design and Developmen

I already have a website on www.studysupport.biz. However the website design looks slightly like a scam website, I want this to be professional, modelled off other sites such as the following. http://www.tutor.com/

The person should develop the website again with a better design, with the same content. The person should take their own initiative and work fast and efficiently.

I can spend a maximum of £125 on this website, I have had it done 3 times before and each time some problem! The site is so incredibly basic, it would take under a day to develop so please be considerate since I am a student and this is my only personal income stream.

I am happy to do a profit sharing agreement if you can reduce the upfront cost, whereby for each student that comes online, through the website, you can recieve a cut.
