Professional and quick loading website

General information for the website: Travel Agency Website
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of every page/module: Build up a webpage (responsive - to be readable on mobile phones) like in the following link, preferable in a website model kit, but not so limiting such as wordpress (it should be possible to edit html code existing pages in a simple way – not only html blocks).

Quick loading is very important (<5sec), therefore avoid use of scripts

• Colors, fonts should be controlable by css
• The menu should be dynamic (adding/removing/renaming existing categories), a click should reload the main page
• The selected page should be indicated in the menu (e.g. color & bold)

The entire website should have a header and footer part (also responsive), which will be used on other parts of the website too (preferable to be edited only once)

In a further step two more pages are required:

• Start up page (including header/footer) with a search menu (e.g. like on http://www.s-urlaub.de) , but will be provided by a 3rd party provider later on
• Booking engine (will be also provided by a third party provider) – no work is required on this except header/footer
Description of requirements/features: Further options (can be done later):
• Chat function (e.g. Zoopim Chat) integration –account already exists
• Overlay with „Follow us on...“ (see example of responsive header)
