PHP Programmer and Website designer Needed

We're looking to get a working HTML demo for a consolidation platform put together as soon as we can. The work will require an NDA. Please contact us and we can be more descriptive as to what we need! Essentially the people we are looking for are:

PHP Developer(3-5 years experience ideally)
Job Description

•Developing web sites and web applications in PHP, Mysql and AJAX
•Using object orientated design patterns.
•Making architectural designs for projects.
•Selecting the best technologies for a project
•Using Open Source Platforms. (Magento, Zend Framework,etc)

Web Designer (2-5 years experience ideally)
Job Description

•Website Layout Creation, Designing, Coding in HTML, Creating Flash Demos.
•A VAST understanding of HTML, XML, and CSS and make sure of compatibility between I.E. and Firefox
•Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash (including some Action Script), AND Adobe Illustrator
•Strong proficiency in Creative Suite CS (including Flash).
