New mobile phone website.

General information for the website: New phone website
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of every page/module: I need a website specifically made for mobile phones. With a set up for tablets and computers as well but specifically for mobiles.
The first page will be a full screen video with the name of the website on the top and over the video and a frosted play button at the bottom right over the video this will take customers to the page showing say wedding rings when wedding rings are on the video are played or engagement rings when the engagement rings are played etc.

Main links in video will be as follows but need to be able to be added to.
Hand-made Engagement ring
Hand-made Wedding ring
Hand-made eternity rings
Hand-made Full eternity rings
Tennis bracelets
Diamond pendants
Diamond studs
Earrings
Specials.
The rings need to have a select a ring size on the order page and also all categories need to be available in 18ct and platinum and the prices will be uploaded by the excel file but need to be shown on the individual pages.
(These main categories need to be able to be loaded Populated using excel file upload. And each one will have a description an image and a Youtube video address that needs to be played on the.)

Then a list of links at the bottom of the page under the video as normal all above links under the following list.
