Need to create a new Website for a virtual medical clinic

I need to design an initial website for a virtual medical clinic which is under construction that employs several healthcare practitioners in Greece. Initially the project will only involve the initial content creation, landing page and a few more pages. As the project of the clinic will evolve more projects will arise. So at present I only need the initial setup of the website and basic SEO, (theme selection, plugins installation etc) as the whole project is currently under development, so very little material is currently available.
The name of the clinic and the logo creation are also under development.
If this is deemed essential I will buy the Medicenter theme (https://quanticalabs.com/wordpress-themes/medicenter-health-medical-wordpress-theme/)
I currently use Creta Force for hosting but I am willing to buy any other hosting services that may be more appropriate.
