Need AngularJS developer to create a whole frontend from scratch

Hello.

We have been engaged to develop a large project for a web app, but there is one area where we have enough experience. We wanted to know if you could make this development for us.

The part of the application to be developed by you is the frontend of a social network for users to share experiences related to sports. The frontend would communicate with the backend application (is already developed!) through an API RESTfull (is already developed too) that provides all the necessary information (security, users info, C.R.U.D. calls for every entity of the application, etc..)

We need the application to be developed in well-built AngularJS because then we intend to use that code to build applications for Android and iOS with PhoneGap (Apache Cordova).

The application is a social network. As a social network will have the typical elements that can be found in other large social networks on Internet (Facebook, etc.) and are: user friendly relations and messages among users, events (users can sign up for them), common interest groups (users can join them) and wall posts.

What makes this different from other social network (besides the sports theme) is that all these elements are grouped into 'communities' that are independent of each other. Users can join one or more communities, but only see users, groups, events and publications in walls of communities to which they belong.

When a user is registered in the application, it will automatically join a community by default. Belonging to other communities is optional (even some of the communities can be private)

I attach a file with a simple and general application schema and some screenshots of the designs we're doing for the application.. (I will provide the HTML/CSS plain markup of the whole app)

The AngularJS application must be developed using some of the multilanguage modules in the market (like this: http://www.ng-newsletter.com/posts/angular-translate.html )

Could you give us a budget? Could you give us an estimate of the duration of the development?

We are growing very fast right now.. and we are looking for experienced developers to establish long-term business relationships .. :)
