I have a clean CentOS 7 server.

install python, django, apache (- Django 1.3.x, Python 2.6.x, MySQL 5.1.x, Nginx 1.10.x)

Unpack the files (website and mysql datas)

Upload sql file to mysql

Update db connect settings.
