    Can you confirm the fixed fee is $50 per page?
    Very keen to apply but from the scope and your requirement for three pages but listing more, an estimation of $250 appears both fair and reasonable.

    Can you also confirm what pages / posts /assets are required and that you will provide these?
    Can you also confirm you have domain and hosting in place?
    Additional information such as theme (if decided) and / or designs you have will help too.
