Long term project for a full-stack website

I require a web designer for a long term project adding pages and updates to an existing static website.

This is a full-stack website, so if you are a WordPress web designer, this is NOT for you. I require someone with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, PHP knowledge. This is NOT a CMS, this is a fully coded and hosted website.

If you need to make a lot of money fast, then this is NOT for you. You must also understand SEO and how to implement text on a website and keywords to work on SEO.
