The deliverable was pretty much as described. So an OK result but not great.

Generally speaking though I was not happy with the freelancer's customer skills and overall attitude. The deliverables took 10 days to deliver rather than the stated 2 (in the Offer), there was generally lack of attention to detail, comments were being misunderstood (lost in translation?), had to repeat the same comments as they were missed before, and the code was written too specifically for the specific use-case scenario rather than in a more maintainable way.

Overall I'd like to mark this as 'just ok' ...so not "neutral" and not "very good" but something in between. But since this rating does not exist I'm marking it as 'neutral'.
