Interview Assistant & Full Stack Developer (Full-Time, Remote)

Description:
We’re looking for a skilled Interview Assistant & Full Stack Developer who will take charge of leading technical interviews directly with our clients as a developer representative. This role involves managing client technical discussions and requirements gathering, while also contributing to our full stack development projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead technical interviews and discussions with clients, representing our team’s developer expertise

Understand client technical needs and provide clear, professional communication throughout the interview process

Collaborate closely with clients to clarify requirements and scope

Participate actively in full stack development alongside the team

Manage scheduling and follow-ups for client interactions

Requirements:

Strong full stack development experience with hands-on coding skills

Excellent English communication skills for client-facing technical conversations (Native or near-native preferred)

Comfortable leading technical interviews and technical discovery with clients

Ability to balance client-facing interview leadership with active development work

Reliable, proactive, and organized

Compensation:

Monthly pay starting at $2,000+, with performance bonuses
