I need my website to get adjusted

I have the following changes I need done to the website. Ideally looking for someone that has design experience that can modify and help us with the rebrand and logo etc.

We need someone with a lot of experience happy to pay more but need a perfect results.

These are the bits we need done to our website.

Branding and colour and location.


Website improvements
• Look for small efforts to improve design and athletics and basic UX of the site. E.g. quick
observations for the offices homepage /offices/:
o Add phone number in main nav
o Logo is blurry, create a black version of the logo, high res and upload here
o When you hover over main nav menu, you can't see the text on it
o No main heading in the hero banner. This should be descriptive and tell people what to do. This should be HTML text.
o Filtering options should better describe what they are and what users need to do.
o In the footer it says "copyright 2020". It should be updated to 2023. We should include company registration number and registered address (or office address) and contact detail.
o We should have a privacy policy, T&Cs, cookie policy/pop up.
o Homepage should better describe what you do, main service should take priority. Be clear and concise - it's not at the moment.
o Consider adding a live chat to help convert people who land on the site. Whatsapp messaging might be a good option.
