I need customisation on a PHP script

It's a freelance marketplace similar to PPH.

However, the base of the script is good, but I need features adding/removing.

- it needs fixed services (like offers on PPH)

- workstream chat for projects and services (raise invoice/dispute/milestones etc)

- remove account upgrade plans

- add tasks, these are physical odds jobs in users local area (separate from projects as they are digital jobs) these work same way as projects where freelancers/workers bid for the task.

- one account should be able to do both (buy and sell) needs a buyer activity page and seller activity page so user can keep track of all projects they have bought (buyer activity) and sold (freelance activity) like on PPH
