I need an SEO audit, and a to-do list for my developers

These are my main keywords: 'buero mieten' 'buero mieten frankfurt' or the same words, but spelled Büro.

There is some sort of issue with our site which means we are not ranking at all on these words, despite having launched this lander https://ophigo.com/frankfurt

I am the Head of Marketing, but I am not good with technical SEO. It is a new team, and it seems we do not have SEO talent in the dev team either. I suspect there is something obvious and dramatic wrong with the site. The way it is setup, or the way the tags are configured etc.

What I would like is an audit, which delivers a list of 5-10 tasks for our dev team to tackle.

I am NOT looking for someone to manage our SEO over the long term. I am looking for someone ONLY to do an audit, and then deliver a list of things we can translate into tickets for our developers.
