I need a website design for a personal consultant website

I am an independent business consultant and want a website to provide basic information about me and that people can connect with me through.

For this task I am seeking the website design with a wireframe, which I can provide to web developers to create the actual site.

Purpose: Present a professional and up to date image of me if anyone looks me up, and provide a route to contact me.

Style: The website needs to be professional, not fussy or overly complicated and capable of being made mobile friendly. Sans-serif fonts such as Arial and Courier are desirable. Colour scheme to be based on greys and blues.

Content: the content will consist of the following primary 5 or 6 pages:
- Welcome / Introduction / “About me”
- Services offered
- How to contact me
- Blog / Insights
- Social media feeds: Twitter and/or LinkedIn. (Perhaps as a sidebar on the main content rather than as a separate page.)
- A section on content that I recommend – e.g. books at Amazon, TED talks, other web sites, or similar as well as a personal news feed, for example “Here are some current articles that I think are interesting”.

Note: I do not need the website to be implemented, just a design that I can review and approve for later implementation.

I would like those who propose to work on this to provide an example of what they have previously provided to meet such a task so that I can be sure that the content will meet the requirement.
