I had a really bad experience with other people before and others I didn’t even get the work from as they where way too slow. Nirbhay was amazing! Great and constant communication and he was happy to adjust the site as needed. We will surely use again!

Sales in May was down compared to April which is rather disappointing again as we seem to be taking two steps forward and one back. Social media posts which should average minimum 12 posts per month has dwindled to just 6 posts in April, 8 posts in May. Since May 11th until today, which is over a month not a single post. There continue to be little or no communication from Nirbhay as to strategy to improve the situation. No doubt he thinks he has been providing extremely good service and that I am demanding too much which is what he told me in the past, when I complained about sales not improving. I am getting tired complaining about things not improving.

This was my first experience working with PPH and also my first experience with website design and content. So all round a 1st in this virtual way of doing things of this nature. I found Nirbhay to be very friendly and patient with my 100's of changes and tweaks. I am not sure how long it takes for a site to be created and finalised to my perfection. In this case it took over a month. That said we both had a bit of sickness and Xmas and New Year's in between so that probably didn't help the timeline.

My site was created using WordPress through cloudways hosting. Nirbhay set everything up and got on with creating the site.

My advice would be to creat some documentation of instructing newbies like me what to do when it comes to setting up the hosting platform. As a newbie I had no idea what I was doing or subscribing to. And because of the time difference I would highly suggest you create some templates to send to new clients on what to do. And also create a template of the way you want changes to be communicated to you. Feel free to use what I sent to you. And tweak it to what you need.

I am very happy that the site is now setup. And that I am able to make simple text content tweaks where I need in the future.

If you are not presses for time like I was. Then I would recommend using Nirbhay.
