I need a website

General information for the website: It's a business presentation website only - I am very short on budget.

What We Do - Description of the 3 main reporting jobs we do
How We Deliver - Description of the reporting building
Contact - Address and contact form
Client Login - Only the button, nothing has to be done yet. I want a client space access in the future but not yet.
Description of requirements/features: All the word content is ready
I have pics from the web that I would like to be used.
I want to publish a pdf report every week or month, and a link has to be displayed in the website to the pdf.
