Unfortunately, this Seller broke all the rules. After we have discussed the project in detail and agreed on price and terms, I awarded him the project and placed payment in escrow. Then only 2 days after, before he had done any work at all, without any reason or warning he demanded that we change terms and that I pay him upfront before he had even done any work. Clearly he is a small-time scam artist/conman who tries to take advantage of PPH Buyers. I am quite certain he will post something bad and dishonest about me now because I am leaving this review, when I have done nothing whatsover wrong, except refuse to pay him in advance before he has even provided any work. Please people, be aware and VERY CAREFUL of this Seller's dishonest methods. I am sure he will now leave me a spiteful feedback review out of revenge because he didnt get his blood money. I don't mind - I have over 2,000 successfully completed projects here at PPH with excellent reputation and feedback - whereas he has only a small handful of projects completed, clearly because of the way he tries to scam Buyers.
