Watford, GBMy worst experience on PPH. Started off promising with the information gathering form. Unfortunately, they didn't seem to use much of the information given. Far from the unlimited concepts described in the hourly. Didn't really show the creativity close to their examples. Rigid 4 stage process that seemed more important to them that the client's needs. We agreed to cut the project short, as we couldn't worktogether any longer. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
