I need a professional website designed for new gambling and lottery website

General information for the website: We will offer all lotteries across Europe
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of every page/module: The website will be similar to www.lottoland.co.uk but with more choice.
We will have around 45-56 different types of lotto's from across EU which the players can choose from and view.
Each lotto will have it's own page showing past results, past jackpots, current jackpots etc etc.

Without giving away too much information at this stage each customer pays a fixed amount as a one off or sets up a standing order for continues play and selects the lotto's they would like to play for this period. Eg, National Lottery, Euro Millions, Health Lottery etc all on one ticket.

Once an NDA is signed, further details on the process will be provided.
Description of requirements/features: We will need to be able to easily update the website as the lotto jackpots will need updated daily for many jackpots, new numbers uploaded (these are generated by us using our algorithms).
We will also need to be able to email customers automatically once their tickets are purchased with their chosen lotto and our chosen numbers.
Easily manage a large number of customers from the admin panels, track sales, track winning tickets and credit their accounts with the correct winnings, customers able to withdraw funds to their own bank accounts, track new customers, customers which did not complete sign up but entered email addresses etc.
