I need a custom website built

General information for the website: Blinds & Curtains Gallery System
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: n/a
Description of requirements/features: I need to create a website identical to the following: http://designspace.aocluster.com/

Only difference would be less room types at the moment we only have 7 and this may grow later on in time. We also wouldn't need the 5 free samples box located on the top right of the example website and we wouldnt need the 4 icons below the sample box.

Everything else would be the same, I have attached our high res CGI room images for an example.

Please kindly confirm cost and most importantly timing, we did have someone working on this and they have delayed the project and we urgently needing this complete ASAP.

CMS and Admin requirements: No CMS really required as mentioned above not many images being uploaded after the initial 7 CGI images we have.
