Full Stack Web Development - Wireframe Completed Already

Full stack developer required for creation of a car listing site. Similar functionality to autotrader.co.uk with the modern feel of carwow.co.uk. The platform will connect buyers and sellers where they will privately contact each other to complete the transaction.

Website specifics:

Wireframing for the site is complete on a wixsite and is available upon offer. No website design required, only implementation with modern colours, transitions, transparency etc. No cloud setup or deployment required only appropriate config files in place

- Number of pages: 15 (approximately)
- Functionality:
- Signup/login/account recovery
- Dashboard for user’s listings
- Search & filtered search
- Featured section on front page to show random listings
- Simple contact box to email address
- Private user to user messaging/inbox/email notifications
- Listing creation workflow (similar to eBay, carwow, autotrader)
- Integration of DVLA API for automatic vehicle details
- Stripe integration for payment processing upon listing creation (with ability to disable payments and make it free)

Project may be completed with one of the following stacks (unless a slightly different stack is preferred), there is a strong preference on a Python backend:
