Zako was fantastic to work with on a fiddly, slightly nerve-wracking task — bulk-deleting thousands of invoices from a live Wave Apps account via a Python/GraphQL script. She was careful from the start, insisting on a backup before touching anything live, running a dry run first, then a small test batch before the full deletion. Communication was clear throughout, and she took the time to confirm exactly which invoices needed deleting so nothing was removed by mistake. The whole job was handled professionally and efficiently, with a full log provided at the end. Would happily hire again for any API/scripting work.
