DJ / Producer Website

I need a website to be programmed and designed.
Main purpose of this website will be to publish my music on web (both tracks and mixtapes).
Main requirements are:
Simple and clean design (no flash)
Need control panel to manage site content
Users should be registered to access certain areas of the site.
Users can post comments.
Mailing list registration.
Music player (with stats) (sound cloud player also can be embeeded)
Music downloads (with stats)

I have on hosting on windows server with PHP, PERL, ColdFusion support.
