Website Mission:
Allows client to buy tax return service from accountants.

Users:
Front end- Clients- Those who need help filing self-assessment tax return
Back end- accountants - will provide service to clients


Key functionalities:
• Each external users will have own profile portal.
• User should be able to uploads documents onto the portal
• Have track record of chat conversations
• Allows to make payment for the service
