Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: We are a cleaning company and require a new quote form for our website. We want to provide an instant online quote to the user based on the size of their home they want cleaned. Please find some Do's and Don'ts below. Basic image process can be found attached.

1. We Do NOT want to mange all fields from back-end.

2. We do NOT want to manage the all additional price list and other variations. (we will hire you again if we want these changed)

3. We do NOT want to save all data into database.

4. We do NOT want to list all appointments in admin back-end side.

5. We DO want all data sent to admin by email.
